Christopher Riegg - Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory Professional

Christopher Riegg is a seasoned financial services professional specializing in investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic advisory services. As a partner at Promontory Point Capital, Christopher Riegg works with ownership groups and management teams to address complex financial and business objectives. His work includes advising on business sales and acquisitions, financing, debt refinancing, restructuring, recapitalization, and private equity transactions.

Mr. Riegg possesses more than three decades of financial services experience and has advised more than 200 business owners and executive teams. His client experience encompasses manufacturing, service, distribution, and technology companies, with a particular focus on privately held and family-owned businesses. He helps clients evaluate opportunities and challenges related to growth, acquisitions, business development, financing, business structure, and ownership succession. His experience also includes helping companies navigate distressed situations and develop strategies for financial stability and transition.

Before Promontory Point Capital, Mr. Riegg served as managing director at L. William Teweles & Co. in Milwaukee. He previously served as vice president of capital markets at U.S. Bank, and began his career as an audit supervisor at JPMorgan Chase.

Mr. Riegg is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. Outside of his professional activities, he enjoys investing, traveling, and exercising.
